May 2005, Artwork by Hope G. Smith displayed at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Hope is a former resident of Greensboro and a graduate of UNCG.

August 12, 2005 - Hope delivers 9lb. 2oz. baby boy named Weston Thomas. The new addition to the family became an inspiration for Hope's new Psalms series.

October 1, 2005 - Art of Hope exhibited at first annual NC Muscadine Harvest Festival. Hope G. Smith donated a limited edition giclee print of the Wallace Depot to be auctioned off at the festival.

November 19, 2005 - Art of Hope exhibited at a booth for the Rose Hill Christmas Parade.

March 3-4, 2006 - Hope G. Smith exhibited her artwork at the Duplin County Business Expo in Kenansville, NC. Her new Psalms Series was shown for the first time.

April 30, 2006 - Hope G. Smith exhibited her artwork at Art on the River at River Landing in Wallace, NC.

December, 2006 - Art of Hope students display their artwork at a semester-ending art show.

March, 2007 - Hope G. Smith exhibited at the Duplin Expo for the fourth straight year.
